Sino Fibre Communications, Inc. (SFBE.PK) said Tuesday it has agreed to buy a 60 percent stake in Dalian Xinbao Biomass Co. Ltd. for 330 million yuan or $50.75 million. The company will issue 230.68 million shares to Dalian Xinbao at $0.22 per share to reflect the acquisition.
